Wellness Junction holds a variety of weekly group activities that help to reduce loneliness, and isolation while supporting mental and physical well-being in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
Monday’s & Wednesday’s 11am until 1:30pm at Broad Street Hall
Activities that are currently taking place are Yoga, Gentle exercises, Singing classes, many invited Guest Speakers, workshops & discussions, and computer classes.
We also host cultural and personal celebration events throughout the year.
